Everything was fantastic. At the last minute the gas in my building was not working and James (with only around 30 minutes notice) contacted me to tell me he had a 2 burner stove - which he brought with him! The whole experience was out of this world, beginning with the delicious polenta cake and ending with the individual Apple pie. I highly recommend James and can't wait to book him again!
